recruiter call -> Manager call -> interviews with 2 PM's, Director of Engineering, Head of Product and Group PM. After the onsite interviews, the recruiter called to tell me I got the job and then *crickets* no response from them. After following up multiple times (I already gave my company 2 weeks notice by now). The recruiter asked to speak to a different director which I did and then radio silence again for a few weeks. Recruiter asked me about my visa status, about which we already discussed during the initial call and after I reiterated about my visa and guess what happened next?. if you guessed crickets you are right. After relentless follow-ups, I got a standard email saying the position is on hold even they just posted the same job on LinkedIn again. Overall a bad company to work with which sent me on a downward spiral in my career and very unprofessional. Read the reviews before you even try to apply and if you are desperate and look somewhere since they are going to ditch you.
