Milestone Technologies VaxTrack Associate interview questions

Applied through Indeed on November 9th. On November 11 I was contacted Via email with some information and questions regards to wage and shifts. After this they took 5 days to reply, then a phone interview was set up for the next day. The day of, they changed the time of the interview. First Irritation. On November 19 I was sent paperwork to sign for a new employee. Possibly the most paperwork I have ever had to read, fill out or sign as a new hire. Second Irritation. Through out this process only one person on the team has used my preferred name. Third Irritation. Finally get contacted by the Regional Team Lead I would be directly working under. She asks me about my schedule and asks if I can work either 5am or graveyard shifts. 9:45-2pm was the agreed upon shifts when I signed on. I haven't even started my first day and my schedule has now been moved around 3 times. Fourth Irritation. Paper work I signed stated my join date is to be December 29th. Arrange with Team lead to come into the Office to start training. I was supposed to be sent information on dresscode, ADP sign in, employee number, ect. Get sent an Email for Onboarding conference for December 2nd. Confusion for my actual start time/date ensues. Fifth Irritation. That's an awful lot of patience being asked from someone who will only be payed the absolute minimum wage. The inner communication in this company is absolutely terrible and I regret wasting my time to get this far instead of spending my time on more useful endeavors such as looking for a better job
