Millennium Human Resources Associate interview questions

Was contacted by a recruiter and then applied online. The first interviewer was informative and professional. Had two more interviews a couple of weeks later-- both interviewers seemed disinterested and/or distracted (eating, using a cell phone) throughout our conversation. I was told that no matter their decision, I would hear back within two weeks and heard nothing. I followed up after about three weeks and never got a response, pretty unprofessional considering the time spent going through three interviews.
