Most of it was pretty basic algorithms/data structure questions. The interviewers seemed pretty bored and it did not seem like the work was very interesting. I declined the offer for these reasons.
Applied in March, started interviewing in April and got the offer in July. One technical round, one long OA, then onsite (2 technical interviews and 1 short behavioral). Mostly asked about projects and medium LC style questions.
Late night interview (and early morning on the other side)
Interviewer seemed really sleepy and unreactive, it felt like a one way conversation from my side. I had to repeat things multiple times and even then not sure if they got it.
Maybe its their interviewing platform 🤷
No issues with other companies, so pretty sure its a them problem if so.
Ghosted as well. Well not an uncommon occurrence in this market, but adds to the negative experience.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Read a file in C# - really bizarre question, especially in this age of AI.
I applied online. I interviewed at Millennium (Bengaluru) in Jul 2026
Interview
Applied on their career portal. Got an email from a recruiter asking me to schedule an initial video interview. I wasn't communicated what kind of interview was this even when asked multiple times. I assumed it's a recruiter screening. When I joined the call, the interviewer seemed highly uninterested. He didn't even introduce himself. Didn't ask me to introduce myself as well. I don't even know if he was an engineer or HR or an EM. He straight away started asking questions about my project. Meanwhile he'd just scroll on his phone while I answer. He'd look at his watch every 2-3 minutes. Most unprofessional interview I've ever faced.
