Not too harsh. It seems not too bad. Basically, go over your resume very quickly. lots of coding requirements, better prepared with coding experiences. Hope you all good luck and get an offer.
Hackerrank on a mix of common data science topics. Mainly coding in the first round, no theory questions. Definitely need to work fast. I would say a mix of python and sql.

First round is a online test with programming and database questions. Second round is a homework data project. Passed and move to 3rd round and 4th rounding, all are online interviews from analysts to hiring manager. Also a caliper test before 4th round. Both interviewers and HRs are friendly. The processing is transparency but long time. Be patient.
