I got a call from a consultant which is working for millennium management. At first call i told my details along with salary expectations and notice period. At first i got 1 written test which I cleared. After 10 days 1st round happened with a senior lady from Singapore and i cleared it. Then after 12 days i was called to office at UB city 2 interview happened with 2 managers for total 3 hours. I cleared both after that there was a 4th round from a senior manager from London i cleared it. I got a mail from a HR female Rebecca from Singapore for documentation. I sent my salary slips and pan card and required details. After that i got a mail that i am rejected. If there was any issues for salary etc they should have called me an negotiated but no call. At first day i told my expectations and notice period then dont know why they took interview and written test. I seriously wasted 1 month in this process with no result. This is their recruitment process which is just poor. Just i am saving those people not mentioning their names over here. I was sure to get an offer and join. i made up my mind that thing is also impacting me in my current job as i was sure to resign next day. But seriously whoever is applying for a job in Millennium Management LLC do not have hopes that they will select you. I felt so bad with what all happened it was not expected. People reject you without any discussion and when you already cleared 4 rounds and 1 written and sent documents on time.
