Interview
I had 6 rounds of interview with various managers stakeholders. I also had to complete 1 online assessment which involved some numerical reasoning, verbal reasoning and personality test too. I don’t think the interview process was difficult, the team were respectful of my time. However I did find it to be too many rounds of interviews.

General questions about what I know about the firm, role, motivation in why I applied for the job and chat about deep dive in how the firm operates and what the day to day challenges could be. Also behavioural questions on how to deal with various stakeholders.
Good experience overall in fact, connected with the firm, enjoyed the process, not too difficult, would recommend for others to try but expect fierce competition for the role in general.

Four rounds of interviews with different levels of staff including HR for the second interview. Asked to walk through resume, experience with excel. Highlighted importance of organizational skills and willingness to be a part of a team. Took caliper test after second interview. Highly recommend practice questions found online.
