3 steps including an initial phone interview, asked questions about my interest in the financial markets and why I was interested in the role along with some technicals. Interviews are conducted by team so differ wildly across different positions.
Behavioural focus. Got rejected but was a learning opportunity to get to know more about the firm. Talking to traders was helpful to understand the role and expectation. Pleasant experience overall.
two 30 min interviews back to back, online. Asked mainly about CV and behavioural questions. Nothing too difficult. Asked some questions about different asset classes. No valuation for my first round.

2 technical rounds, and one final round. Horrible interview process, interviewers were not even paying attention to the things I was saying and were very snobbish and doing their own work. An easy interview but still got rejected.
