I got recruited through Linkedin direct message, had an initial interview with Dartmouth Partners Rep. Telephone Interview lasting 15 minutes-20 minutes. Would recommend keeping answers concise and informative as its likely this was done by someone with little finance knowledge.

It didn't feel like a structured interview, there were no competency questions but I got the impression that I was talking for too long every time I answered a question.
