I applied through college or university. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Millennium (New York, NY) in Feb 2016
Interview
From school career center. Routine questions. Hard to say it is good experience or not. Interviewer is passionate, and I think he wants to make me feel comfortable. Conversation was joyful, but he did not show anything seemed he wanted me or other things.
Behavioural focus. Got rejected but was a learning opportunity to get to know more about the firm. Talking to traders was helpful to understand the role and expectation. Pleasant experience overall.
two 30 min interviews back to back, online. Asked mainly about CV and behavioural questions. Nothing too difficult. Asked some questions about different asset classes. No valuation for my first round.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Millennium in Aug 2024
Interview
2 technical rounds, and one final round. Horrible interview process, interviewers were not even paying attention to the things I was saying and were very snobbish and doing their own work. An easy interview but still got rejected.
