I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Milliken (Blacksburg, VA) in Mar 2018
Interview
I met two HR employees during a career fair at my school. I was then called that afternoon to interview on campus the next day. I was interviewed in person and was asked behavioral questions as well as questions regarding experiences on my resume. All questions were easy and the interviewer was very friendly and warm. About 1-2 weeks later I was invited to interview on-site at one of their plants. During the on-site interview, I was given a plant tour. I was also asked beforehand to prepare a short presentation about myself and my experiences which I gave on-site to three employees, who then asked me a few behavioral and resume-based questions.

The interview was held on campus through the university. It seemed as if they did not have any positions open that they were interviewing for. They said they would get back to people but they never did.
