Very laid back. You have to give a 15-30 min presentation about yourself to management. Then a panel interview. Great experience. They ask questions that relate to what you could potentially experience at the company.

The atmosphere was phenomenal and everyone was friendly. The plant tour and interviews were very informative. They went over the job expectations and I even interviewed with the plant manager. I enjoyed my time and look forward to hearing back.
