Interview
First a phone screen interview covering basic skills questions. Then a remote programming test to create a console program to process a text file with different types of selection and calculation strategies. Then an onsite interview which consists of a few paired programming sessions, and a typical whiteboard problem solving interview.

Worst interview i have ever given...they blindly take your candidature forward without checking the skillsets and job requirements, after taking 2 3 rounds they will simply say that we need different skillsets for this position.
Even they take director round before the client round just for the entertainment
