First they had me submit extra information, school transcript, transcript for passing my exams, why I want to live in Seattle, why I want to work at Milliman and a writing sample. After that they had me do an online interview where I submitted timed video responses to questions. Then they sent me client data and had me come up with a report after analyzing the data in excel.

Interview
The first round is a call with a recruiter going over your resume and asking basic behavioral questions. Second and third rounds are with senior actuaries. There is also an assessment to be completed

was invited for hr screening two weeks after applying online, general behavioral questions last for 20 mins, then Excel assessment, final round was a superday interview, three rounds back to back
The interview was very long, lasting for nearly six hours, which made it quite exhausting both mentally and physically. The questions covered a wide range of topics, extending all the way back to my high school experiences.
