I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Milliman (Indianapolis, IN) in Feb 2016
Interview
I first had a phone interview after applying online. They asked me for an in-person interview a couple weeks later. 3 sessions of interviews with people in pairs. Each session was about 30 minutes long. Most of the people had very good questions. They ranged from technical questions to personality and experience questions. Heard back after 5 business days that they didn't select me. They needed someone with more experience.

Interview
Worst interview i have ever given...they blindly take your candidature forward without checking the skillsets and job requirements, after taking 2 3 rounds they will simply say that we need different skillsets for this position.
Even they take director round before the client round just for the entertainment

It was a typical interview process. Phone interview with a recruiter, and then technical screening round with a developer on the team. Then, I was invited for a final round of the interview but I accepted an offer elsewhere.
