Interview
Phone interview within a day of applying. Brought in later that week for a roughly five hour process. Included a few personality/background interviews, an excel test, a math/critical thinking test, and lunch. Questions were fairly standard. I wasn't very strong with excel, but used the search function to find any formulas I didn't already know.

The interview was very long, lasting for nearly six hours, which made it quite exhausting both mentally and physically. The questions covered a wide range of topics, extending all the way back to my high school experiences.
