Everything happened pretty quickly. I applied, about a week later was invited in for a phone interview, and another week or so later was invited in for an in person interview. In person interview was back to back interviews about 30 minutes a piece with about 7 different actuaries. Both phone and in person interviews asked the same questions. Tell me about yourself, why do you want to be an actuary, and a few behavioral questions. Also took a test at the end of the in person interview.
I applied online. I interviewed at Milliman (Chicago, IL)
Interview
The first round is a call with a recruiter going over your resume and asking basic behavioral questions. Second and third rounds are with senior actuaries. There is also an assessment to be completed
I applied online. I interviewed at Milliman in Apr 2026
Interview
was invited for hr screening two weeks after applying online, general behavioral questions last for 20 mins, then Excel assessment, final round was a superday interview, three rounds back to back
The interview was very long, lasting for nearly six hours, which made it quite exhausting both mentally and physically. The questions covered a wide range of topics, extending all the way back to my high school experiences.
