I had applied via the online process and received a response from an Actuarial Analyst working for the company. It has said they reviewed my application for the position and wanted to schedule a phone interview. Available time slots were shown and I emailed back with the time slot. Within 2 days, I received another email in regards to the telephone time slot booked for 4:00-4:30PM with a calendar attachment. I took time off and waited for a phone call which never came. Instead I received a email with the same content that someone would be contacting me. I noticed in the attachment that the second email came with a "cancelled" for the time slot. In the end, I contacted the original person who had set up the interview and called the mobile number in his signature. He then told me that he was no longer moving positions hence why the interview was not to be continued. I think I would be alright if they just emailed me with that knowledge instead of the same message. Very unprofessional and a waste of time. Beware if you are interviewing, and the same thing happens to you.
