      Application

The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Milliman (Seattle, WA) in Jun 2012

      Interview

First step: Interview with HR + Math Test, Excel Test, Word. This part was easy, HR was really friendly, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to meet with. Standard interview questions. Nothing out of the ordinary. The next step was a meeting with the hiring manager and two members of the team. None of the questions were that difficult, but the hiring manager seemed to not care at all and was about as engaged as a bowl of fruit. The two members of the team seemed nice enough, but very buttoned up. There was an additional one on one math portion at the end of the interview which was a bit of a surprise. One of the team members stays in the room and goes over problems with you. The problems are not that difficult, but if you don't know the benefits terminology it can throw you off.

Standard questions. Most difficult part was doing math problems with someone looking over your shoulder.

      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Milliman (Seattle, WA) in Jun 2015

      Interview

First I had a phone interview. It was much more of just calling to schedule an in person interview. Very easy conversation and questions. The in person interview consisted of a math test, microsoft word test, and microsoft excel test. All three were very easy. Then the in person interview was with two representatives, supervisors to the job. Very typical and easy questions.
