Interview
Applied -- one week later got an email directing me to complete an online excel test. One week after submitting that, I got a one way video interview invitation. One week after that I got a phone screening. Two weeks after that I got an onsite, then a couple days later I got an offer.
The principles I met were very kind and the interview was one of the most conversational I've ever had. Most interviewers (4/5) asked quality questions (i.e. about my past work experiences , why I'd like to pursue P&C rather than life and health, etc) instead of filler questions like "tell me a time when....".
The interviews were very two sided -- I found myself being able to ask lots of questions about what they're working on. Seemed like really interesting stuff.
Great views from the office.
Only downside is that the whole process took 2 months start to finish and seemed overkill for an internship.
Pay was decent... competitive for the profession but probably just average for corporate/tech internships in the area (San Francisco).

Interview
Zoom interview with the entire team in the regional office. There were ~6 people in the team and each introduced themselves and their daily responsibilities before I was asked to.

Question 1
The interview was more conversational, they just asked about projects I had been working on and how they could have been related to the role.

Interview
It conducted in a 30-minute video call through Microsoft Teams. I was with two other actuarial associates and it was mostly to get to know who I am. They went through my resume while asking questions; then I was able to ask any questions of my own about their experience on the job.

Question 1
What was one of the things I learned in my coding/computer science classes?
The interview process has 3 levels. First is just a conversation, second is a technical assessment, and third is interviewing with multiple people. I thought the assessment was very fair in analyzing my thinking. I got to talk to multiple people within the company which was nice.
