The processes wasn't too bad. They asked a lot of basic question to get to know me and learn more about me. we talked about the company and what they thrive to achieve.
three rounds - the first was phone interview, then two back-to-back with team members, mainly for technical questions and the last round with senior staff, some technical stuff and some behavioral
First round with hiring team, second round with practice owners. Throughout both rounds, they repeatedly told me how they prided themselves on never ghosting any candidates. I thought that was an odd thing to mention, but ok. Well, 2 months later, crickets…. Quite disrespectful
