I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Milliman (Chicago, IL) in Sep 2018
Interview
I worked with a headhunter so I had a couple of interviews with two people at their agency, then had one 60-minute phone interview with the hiring manager at Milliman, followed about a week later by one full day of interviews in the office, and a couple of follow up conversations by phone afterward (at my request). Interviews in the office were sometimes with a single person and sometimes with two people at a time.

Question 1
They asked a number of questions around problem solving.
The interview was coordinated by the recruiter. I interviewed with my direct manager first, then with other managers on the team, then with some of my potential coworkers. The entire interview was remote and casual.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Milliman (Seattle, WA)
Interview
STAY AWAY. I was offered a job with Milliman, but they rescinded it after a week. It was completely unprofessional and a waste of everyone's time. The entire interview process took more than two months. Be very cautious if you decide to work with them. Good luck.
