The process is very nice. The interviewers are very kind and they accept my first wrong answer and lead me to reconsider questions. After that they will give you instant feedback.

The first part of the interview process involved recording short video clips to a variety of questions through a web app using a web cam and Mic. You were given 2 hours to record all the of videos and 3 attempts to record each one. There were very strict time limits on recording time--each question only allowed 1 or 2 minutes of response time, so planning your response ahead of time is important to make sure you don't talk too long.
