Applied through campus. Representative contacted me shortly thereafter, had a phone interview. Was invited to the office where I interviewed with 6 senior level consultants. Interviews were in a discussion format. Took an excel test and strengths finder analysis. Apparently these are used for evaluating candidates and determining salary levels.
