The interview experience was unpleasant. I had an interview with two people. One of which was relatively new to the company and another person, which was in the company since the beginning. The person that was there for long time was very arrogant and not nice while the new person was very enthusiastic and nice. They were also talking to me about junior consult role while I obviously had many years of work experience in the banking not actuary. In the end I felt uncomfortable and not even sure why they invited me in the first place if they are looking for somebody with actuary experience.

I wouldn't say the interview was hard just kind of ridiculous. Why do I need meet 6 people to repeat the same speel about my background for them to ask the same questions. Wasn't impressed overall. They said in the interview they are below market rate but the hours don't make sense. Don't know why I was surprised by salary offer.
