The interview was the best engaging interview I have been through. The HR person and the hiring manager were interviewing. They didn't waste time with the generic questions or personality tyoe of probing questions. It was an open conversation where they discussed specific parts of my experience and where the role would fit and if I felt the role was where I could see myself. The hiring manager actually sent an encouraging and heart warming email to follow-up after the interview.
