The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Milliman (Austin, TX) in Apr 2013
Interview
I was reached out to by the equity principal who found got a list of graduating seniors' resumes from the university. First interview was at my university with two consultants that was a pretty standard, easy interview. I got an email two days later to schedule an on site interview with a couple more consultants and the equity principal. All three were very relaxed interviews. Very general questions about myself, no canned questions. Got a job offer a week later. Overall it was two weeks between first contact and the job offer.
I applied online. I interviewed at Milliman (Chicago, IL)
Interview
The first round is a call with a recruiter going over your resume and asking basic behavioral questions. Second and third rounds are with senior actuaries. There is also an assessment to be completed

Interview
was invited for hr screening two weeks after applying online, general behavioral questions last for 20 mins, then Excel assessment, final round was a superday interview, three rounds back to back
The interview was very long, lasting for nearly six hours, which made it quite exhausting both mentally and physically. The questions covered a wide range of topics, extending all the way back to my high school experiences.
