Initial technical assessment and self interview, and then I was contacted three weeks later for a nearly 3 hour panel interview with several members of team. Overall, pretty standard questions as a part of the process and everyone was very friendly. One gripe was that I spent about 5-6 hours of my time with interviews, technical assessment, etc., and just received automated message indicating they’re moving in another direction. Reached out for some feedback as to what about my candidacy lacked and received no response. If the organization is going to require a significant chunk of someone’s time, at least provide them with the courtesy of personalized feedback as to what lacked.
