I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Milliman (Seattle, WA) in Feb 2016
Interview
* Emailed by recruiter to set up phone interview with team lead.
* Phone interview seemed to go well. More of a colloqial conversation than a technical interview.
* Recruiter emailed to set up second phone iterview, different team member.
* 2nd phone interview also seemed to go well. Interviewer send they want to bring me in.
* Recruiter emailed me to schedule 4-hr in-person interview in their office in Seattle.
* 4-hr in-person interview consisted of talking to 5 team members, each for 45 minutes in their respective offices. 2 of them team members were the ones I talked on the phone with earlier. The interviews with the new 3 people went well except for 1 of them; that one interviewer was very condescending and ended the interview early. Nonetheless, the entire intervew process seemed to end on a good note. The recruiter told me they'd get back to me in a few days.
* NEVER HEARD BACK. That is the main reason why I am labeling this as an overall bad experience. Very unprofessional.
* Overall, I'm relieved since the reviews on this site for the company aren't that hot. I probably would have accepted if they got back to me a week or two, but I know that in this day and age silence means rejected. I'm motivated to find better career options, but at the same time I'm thinking "What the heck did I do so wrong with this one?"

Interview
Worst interview i have ever given...they blindly take your candidature forward without checking the skillsets and job requirements, after taking 2 3 rounds they will simply say that we need different skillsets for this position.
Even they take director round before the client round just for the entertainment

It was a typical interview process. Phone interview with a recruiter, and then technical screening round with a developer on the team. Then, I was invited for a final round of the interview but I accepted an offer elsewhere.
