Interview
Two interviews. First interview asked stuff like how would you explain recursion to a grandma, your most controversial take, what to think about ai advancing, and also talked about resume. Last interview was just a conversation between me and some other engineer.
First round with the hiring manger which will be a mix of technical and behavioral questions. Focus on communication skills. The interview round is for over an hour. The experience was very positive
Very few behavioral questions, was asked about OOP principles (specifically encapsulation and Java, since I said I was most comfortable with java), and some logic puzzles/psuedo code for a coding question
