After completing the first and second rounds of interviews, I participated in a managerial round, but unfortunately, I did not receive any feedback or follow-up communication from the company. Even when I tried contacting HR, they did not respond to my calls. This lack of communication made me feel undervalued as a candidate and left me with a negative impression of the company's hiring process.
