I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Milltown Partners in Mar 2023
Interview
I was invited for an initial chat with their Head of Talent, who was extremely warm, friendly, and great to talk to. They shared some useful information about the business (which has very little available online) and guidance about the interview process. Following this I was invited to an interview with two senior members of staff that was focused on my experiences and approaches to communications. Overall I felt the interview was a good test, and one of the interviewers asked probing but interesting follow-up questions. The other interviewer however was picking at her nails from 10 minutes in, and appeared very disinterested and bored while the other was asking me questions. This was very off-putting and as a result I was not surprised when I was told I had not progressed further, but they did provide a couple of sentences of feedback which I thought was helpful and appreciated.
