Had first round with two consultants in the firm back in March, was rejected two days after that for "not showing clear interest." Two months later the same job reopened and I wonder what ridiculous qualifications they are looking for that's making them keep posting
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Milltown Partners in May 2024
Interview
Miltown is kind enough to send you a candidate pack detailing the process. It's 4 rounds total and you're always interviewed with 2 people within the company. With that being said the first round is supposed to be general. I was questioned with weird sanrios knowing I was not well versed in corporate comms. Either way I sent a thank you email and was rejected outlining the reasons why. It seems like a weird company and the guy who interviewed me gave incel vibes.
