I was interviewed by a recruiter, manager, the site head, and by the leader ship team, in a 1:1 marathon style. The interview process took about 2-3 months as I was interviewing during the holiday season/December.

They asked many scenario questions based on risk assessment and how to handle discourse on the team.
Ich hatte zwei Online-Gespräche und ein persönliches Gespräch. Alle waren sehr freundlich, professionell und fair. Der gesamte Bewerbungsprozess verlief überraschend schnell, transparent und gut organisiert. Ich fühlte mich jederzeit respektvoll behandelt und wertgeschätzt. Besonders positiv fand ich die klare Kommunikation und die angenehme Atmosphäre während der Gespräche.
