After applying online I received a phone call followed by an email and call a few weeks later saying I was accepted. During my phone call a woman spoke to me about my resume and had me answer some questions she had about some of my past experiences. She then asked me some basic interview questions about challenges in my life, problem solving etc. I was then given the opportunity to ask her any questions I had about the position.
