I applied through college or university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Milwaukee Tool (Milwaukee, WI) in Oct 2020
Interview
I first talked to a representative at my school's career fair. I had a video interview about 2 weeks later. About 3 weeks later I attended an "Intern Day" virtually where all the prospective interns learn more about the company. Then it took about 1 - 2 months before I was declined the offer. Everyone was very nice and easy to talk to, but the process took a long time.

There were three engineers interviewing me. They were friendly and asked thoughtful questions. I was nervous at first, but they helped me feel more comfortable as the conversation went on.
30 minutes talking, asked basic questions. Very nice interviewer and we shared many thoughts with each other. Asked questions about behavior questions and related experiences,. Very very good, thanks a lot
