Worst nterview ever made. After being contacted by in house recruiter via LinkedIn I got a f2f interview. I was interviewed by three engineer. Two of them didn't even read my CV. No technical questions at all. Question like: what do you do on a daily basis? ...At the end, I asked them about their architecture and all they told me, they were using technologies wrongly cos they were forced to use it...this is quite frustrated , they knew it and don't do anything about it...I felt they didn't have the all picture of their own system , thankfully I was rejected cos my profile didn't fit.. Firstly , i did fit on the role and CVs are for that. Why did they invite me ?, with the sort of question I was asked it' s impossible to know it.
