Very slick and professional (once the recruitment consultant had sorted his life out!) Fast tracked to meeting with Sales Director. This allowed me to determine very early on if Mimecast would be the right 'sales culture' for me. Met with EMEA GM; great to get such a high level view of the company. This displayed Mimecast investing in the recruitment process early on. Multiple phone conversations with Sales Director during mine & his holidays which kept the conversation warm. Panel interview with Tech; visibility of of Pre-Sales mindset. Final chat with Sales Director to ensure no final concerns.
