Really professional recruitment process direct with Mimecast. HR were very prompt in setting up phone and face to face interviews with a nice variety of time slots to choose from and plenty of notice given to accommodate me. Very attentive and kept me informed throughout. The interviewers were brilliant. Really gave me a detailed insight to the role, the culture at the company and the company’s roadmap. We equally talked about my experience and skill sets, my ambitions and what I’m like as an individual. It felt like a two-way street interview which I think is quite rare these days. I was really impressed by how they came across. The phone and face to face interviews were so relaxed and I really enjoyed the process. The phone interview was conducted by the hiring manager and her 1up. The face to face interview was conducted by the hiring manager, her 1up and the business operations director. They were all very open, welcoming and a friendly bunch! Be yourself, that’s what they want!
