Very long recruit process with little communication and feedback throughout the process. I got to the 3rd stage interview and received a generic email two weeks later to say I hadn't got the job - no feedback on why.
Easy, very chilled and conversational esy to discuss your experience and how you got our career goals. Thank goodness for the feedback on the interview process as I was very excited about working with the company
