I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Mimecast (London, England) in Mar 2015
Interview
One hour long phone call followed by one and a half hours of face to face chat. Phone call felt more like a screening, although it ended up becoming a bit of a tech talk. The 1:1 session that followed was a bit more detailed, asking to show them what I had been working on lately and a few vanilla technical questions.
