Mimecast's BDR interview process had several rounds. One with the recruiter, the next with team managers, and the last one was a presentation. The interview process was not difficult, however, very competitive.
It started with very laid back interviews 1 on 1 with BDR management. The final step in the process was making you create a short presentation on mimecast. They don’t expect you to be a subject matter expert on the technology, its just to aces your presentation skills.
