A recruiter from the UK reached to me based on my Linkedin profile. We had a phone call a few days later so she can get a feel of what I do and if I'm a good fit for the role. I was scheduled a Zoom interview a week later with two people from the team. The recruiter called an hour before as a personal cheering coach. I believe the interview went well. However a few days later, I received a call from her that I wasn't given an offer -- that they had an influx of applicants, but based on my qualifications she's sure that I'll be able to find a job soon. Despite being turned down, I enjoyed my experience. Everyone was lovely. Only con I can say is that the phone quality was spotty.
