Very welcoming, the interview starts with a tour of the Mimecast building and incredible amenities available to employees.
The interview then continued with two separate sessions with two separate teams of interviewers. The first team concentrated more on my employment history, the second concentrated on my technical knowledge, with a role play session of a technical support call. Ended with a short written exam. The whole process took about 2 hours.
