Well, there was just one round of interview with the HR for a skill match discussion. And then 2 weeks of ghosting. Wrote an email to the HR and got a reply that he will get back after connecting with hiring manager. Sounded reasonable. Waited another 2 weeks and I accepted a job at another firm. Till date, I haven't got a response. It is this kind of ghosting which tarnishes image of a company and I am happy that they stayed away. I can very well imagine the toxic culture at the organization.
