Interviewer came across as cool and distant. Was silent for long awkward periods where it wasn't clear whether she was writing notes, thinking, or waiting for something. It was uncomfortable but got infinitely worse when she asked me pointedly where I was born and what my age is. Obviously these are not appropriate questions when it's irrelevant for the ability to do the job, which was the case. When your company already doesn't have the best ratings on Glassdoor, with some pretty negative reviews, you really cannot hold these kinds of interviews without leaving the worst impression.
