Mimecast Customer Success/Support interview questions

On site interview was a mess. We were in a conference room where the lights would turn off and on throughout my interview for two hours in one room with 4 people. The irony was amazing as they are asking about my problem solving techniques and I'm thinking how about we solve the flickering lights going on and off in your interview where you're trying to make a good first impression on a candidate? Then they ask me about solving problems while there is an empty interview room right next to us that may not have had the light issue, but who knows. Interview process has one guy pretending to be friendly and the other person playing the other side; kind of shifty.
