I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at MindGeek (Montreal, QC) in Apr 2017
Interview
1. Telephonic:Received call from HR after 4-5 days from date of application. It was general discussion about you and your work history, about salary expectations, scheduled next round after 4 days which was on Monday...
2. HR & Technical: 2 Team Lead + 1 HR + You.
I felt very much comfortable talking to them. HR asked some questions and then she talked about the company, work, position, etc... and then left the room after 15 minutes.
both the team lead were very cool and friendly, we had technical discussion for about 40-50 minutes.
both team leads created very friendly environment from start until end of the interview. I remember few questions.
It has been 7+ days and I haven't received any feedback from them.

Interview
Interviewer was rude!
If you don't know answer one of the interviewer will insult you, he gets hyper if you answer incorrectly. I assume one who knows everything should apply in MindGeek. Though the HR was cool on call and the process was smooth interviewer was really rude, I felt like exiting the interview in between. I think they should learn manners and understand how to interact with people. The questions were related to oops, mysql, browser caching, routing, github etc

Interview
Phone interview followed by meeting with managers from two different teams within the company. The Phone interview was nice, but meeting the technical team was a bit awkward. Sometimes it felt like I was the one interviewing them, in both teams there was at least one person bragging about their own accomplishments and skills. I was asked random questions about data structure, database architecture, etc. They took two weeks to get back to me with a negative answer.
