The HR Lady Called and asked why i am interested in this job, then mentioned my profile is too strong for thus job, this was an entry level job, but advancement chances are there. Then I was told to wait for a web link to receive , next day 5 pm i received an email with a link to a 4 questions ,recorded and send video interview. So i recorded and uploaded the interview. 3 minutes of real answer for every question. Then it took days for them to contact back. Meanwhile i kept checking their career page and the job i had applied disappeared. That was obvious that its given to some one. Then i wrote to them on fb and asked , when i should expect the answer. Then after 2 days i got a email with good news that " You Are not Selected.. etc...." And that was end of suspense.
