I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at MindGeek (Montreal, QC)
Interview
After receiving a phone call asking if you are still interested in the position, you are then invited to an in person interview. At that point, you would asked the same general questions as you would in almost all interviews. Considering customer service is a key factor in the job, you will be asked how to respond in different scenarios that can occur while on an interaction with a customer. At that point, you may be asked to complete a paper with additional problem solving questions (some simple mathematical problems). Depending on the hiring agent, you may need to complete an online typing speed test.
